JoonBae is the Senior Vice President of Electrolyte Products for Sionic, where he leads the electrolyte product research and development. He joined the Company in 2018 following a distinguished career at Samsung SDI in Korea where, as Open Innovation Director, he led the company’s EV Battery Development Division’s project planning, research, and management for advanced lithium-ion battery materials. He received his degree in Materials Science from Korea University.
